About the Project
Saadiyat Lagoons, a project by Aldar Properties, is located in the largest area of the famous Saadiyat Island and is surrounded by beautiful mangrove trees. Inspired by nature, the project consists of several residential neighborhoods, each with uniquely designed homes.

There are also two interior packages available: Standard and Premium, which differ in the quality of finishes and appliances. For instance, selecting the Premium option includes a smart home package with two external security cameras, a keypad entry door with a key and a doorbell with a camera, while the standard package includes provisions for smart home solutions only.
The residences at Saadiyat Lagoons are equipped with a swimming pool, a show kitchen (including an oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, and refrigerator), a maid’s room, a family dining area, provisions for an elevator, and parking spaces for 3-5 cars.
